some how it seems that our legitimate system has failed to provide safety to general public at large who are investing their hard earned savings/pension/pf etc in various Shares/ipos/Mfs/PMC etc etc instruments... with Kotak Securities two year back invested sum at BSE index 19000 was 6 lacs and now BSE index almost 17000 , the closing amount is being refunded is 3.5 lacs... OUR laws inadequate to control such houses and we are going fast ahead creating many many Mr... Madhoff in near future..
